Welcome to Golf Sense. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Golf Sense application, website, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Golf Sense provides digital tools and features related to golf swing analysis, AI coaching conversations, training recommendations, training plans, history tracking, and related functionality.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Golf Sense does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user or every specific use case.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with appropriate consent or supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

1. Accounts and Access

• You may access certain parts of the Services as a guest, while other features may require account registration or login.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information updated.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

1. User Content

You may upload, submit, or otherwise provide content through the Services, including videos, images, text, chat messages, training records, and feedback ("User Content").

You retain any rights you may have in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Services, you grant Golf Sense a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, transmit, display, and otherwise handle such User Content as reasonably necessary to:

• provide and operate the Services;
• generate analysis, recommendations, and training plans;
