Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Face Snap("App"), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use, and all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The materials contained in this App are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

1. License:

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained within the app;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Face Snap at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

1. User Obligations:

a. Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

b. Account Creation: To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential.

c. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that may:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.

Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful.
