Parallel Space App User AgreementThis User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Parallel Space App (“Parallel Space App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of the Parallel Space App software (the “Software”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Software.
License Grant.Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Parallel Space App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions.You may not: (a) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software; (d) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software; or (e) use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Ownership.Parallel Space App retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of AutoClicker App.
Termination.This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Parallel Space App if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
Disclaimer of Warranties.THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
Governing Law.This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement.This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Parallel Space App with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
Subscription Agreement
If you need to use the continuous monthly subscription service of Parallel Space members, you need to agree to these rules.
You understand and agree that:
8.1 Service Name: Parallel Space Membership Package Subscription Service
8.2. This service is an automatic renewal service provided for you on the premise that you have activated the Parallel Space membership service. If you activate this service, it is deemed that you authorize the avatar to have the right to recharge from your own recharge account, third-party payment account bound to the member account, bank card, communication account when your avatar membership is about to expire , iTunes account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Account") balance with the next billing cycle package fee. The premise of the realization of this service is that you have bound the Parallel Space member account with the above account, and can successfully deduct money from the above account, and the renewal failure caused by insufficient debitable balance in the above account shall be borne by you.
8.3 Billing cycle and price: month、year
8.4 If you purchase the account of continuous monthly membership, 24 hours before the expiration of each billing cycle, the fee will be automatically deducted from the iTunes account and the membership validity period of the same defined period will be extended.
8.5 After you subscribe to the continuous monthly subscription service through IAP, if you purchase a Parallel Space membership through other methods, we will not consume your service period until you cancel the subscription
8.6 You can suspend or terminate this service in the following ways: Apple in-app payment (IAP payment, in-app purchase) automatic renewal: open the iPhone "Settings" --> enter "iTunes Store and App Store" --> click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", and select the Parallel Space member to cancel the subscription.
