Welcome to HabitGo! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our HabitGo app and related services (collectively, the "App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.

2. Use of the App

The App is intended to help you track and manage your daily habits and personal goals. You agree to use the App solely for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep your account information up to date.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Fees

Some features of the App may require a subscription. If you choose to purchase a subscription, the following terms apply:

Payment: Subscription fees will be charged to your iTunes account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings in the App Store.

5. User Content

Content Ownership: Any data you enter into the App remains your property. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data.
Content Usage: By submitting any content to the App (e.g., goals, habits), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, and process your data for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
